Ordering, deposits and cancellations

Every event is prepared with fresh ingredients, reserved kitchen time and advance purchasing. These terms help us protect your date and prepare your order carefully.

Custom orders and quotes

Call Delicias Daniel at (818) 690-8693 to discuss the event date, guest count, menu selections, pickup or delivery needs, serving time, and special requests. Availability and the final custom quote are confirmed directly with the customer.

Deposit required

A deposit is required to confirm a custom order and reserve the requested preparation date. An order is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received and the details have been approved by Delicias Daniel.

Changes and cancellations

Please request changes as early as possible. Menu, quantity, timing, delivery, or special-request changes are subject to availability and may change the final custom quote.

Once food preparation or ingredient purchasing has begun, the order cannot be canceled and the deposit is non-refundable. Any exception must be approved directly by Delicias Daniel.
